To help create a safe, fun and respectful environment for everyone, please take a moment to read and follow these simple guidelines:

Parents & Caregivers

Parents and caregivers are asked to stay with and supervise their child/children at all times — especially during play, snack time and outdoor activities.

Cut and ready to serve

Healthy where possible (fruit is ideal!)

Respectful Play

Let’s help our children learn kindness. If any rough play, biting or hitting occurs, please kindly redirect your child. We’re all learning together!

Sick Kids Stay Home

To protect everyone, please keep your child home if they are unwell (fever, vomiting, contagious illness, etc.).

Tidy Together

At the end of playgroup, we’d love your help packing up toys — it’s a great way to model teamwork for our kids.

Photos & Social Media

Oasis Photos: By entering this space, you acknowledge and consent that photos may be taken by Oasis staff or volunteers for promotional use (e.g. social media, flyers or the church website). If you would prefer your child not be photographed, please let us know at check-in.

Personal Photos: Please be mindful when taking your own photos and avoid including other children unless you have permission from their parent or caregiver.

Bible-Based Stories & Activities

From time to time, we include simple stories, songs or craft activities that share Christian values from the Bible. These are always age-appropriate and inclusive.
