For Your Family

Oasis Next Generation

We want the whole family to love church!

We value families at Oasis church & it’s our heart that no matter which season you’re in that the whole family feels at home. Our Next Generation team run a variety of mid week & Sunday service programs that cater for kids (Babies-Grade 6) & Teenagers (Grade 7-12) in safe & fun environments.

Each program provides age appropriate games & activities, praise & worship, a Christ-centred message & connect groups to give opportunity to share, encourage each other & encounter Jesus. Our ultimate hope is to see a generation of children encounter & live for God.

To ensure your children receive the best care all our Next Generation Team go through an application process, hold a current Working With Children’s Check & complete Safer Churches training. We are passionate about sharing the love of Jesus with your kids.

Oasis Youth

Oasis Youth is a group of young people who gather together regularly to build friendships with others & grow in relationship with God.

At Oasis Youth we LOVE to have fun! You can expect plenty of games, laughs, time to connect with each other & the opportunity to grow together. We also love new people! If it’s your first time or your 50th time, we want to welcome you & encourage you to be a part of the life of our church. The goal of Oasis Youth is for young people to have the opportunity to experience a culture, which is safe, loving & full of joy. Our heart as leaders is to empower young people to find life, grow & make a difference.

Our program runs once a week on a Friday night & once a fortnight on a Sunday morning at Oasis Church in Jandakot. Head to @oasisyouthperth for more details about what is coming up this term!

About the Leader:

Jeremy Phillips, is a 26 year old Health and Physical Education Teacher at Dale Christian School in Armadale as well as Oasis Churchs’ Youth Co-ordinator. He is passionate about helping young people achieve their goals in all the aspects they can in life, while also aspiring to be a mentor and role model to any young person with whom he interacts. Jeremy is motivated to see young people embrace and overcome the challenges they go through and realise their full potential in Christ by guiding and shepherding them through the ways of the lord.
Here at Oasis Youth, the leaders and Jeremy aim to connect with the young people in their ministry by way of caring about their interests, needs, aspirations and relationships by showing them God’s Love through everything that they do. They look forward to leading young people on a weekly basis as they strive to encourage one-another and build up hope, strength and unity in all our lives.

Level Up

Level Up is a safe place for families to send their school-aged children (Year 1-6) to learn new skills, play games, exercise, share supper and bring or meet new friends.

It also provides a wonderful opportunity for caregivers to have some well-deserved respite and relaxation at the end of the week.

Running from 4:30-6:15pm Fridays on the even weeks of Term

Our pre-registration system is reserved for first time visitors only. We recommend arriving to church before 10am to secure your child’s space.

You will be welcomed at the door by our new family check in team & shown to your class. Our classrooms are clean & safe & our volunteers are trained & all have current WWCCs. We run a program to empower the next generation rather than just providing care. New children will be offered a VIP lanyard so our volunteers can ensure their first time is positive.

Our programs are age specific and we abide by the by volunteer ratios specific to ages. We do everything we can to help your children settle including assigning them a buddy.

We use a APP notification system to communicate directly between the classrooms and the auditorium. We will provide a code reference on check in that is displayed in the main auditorium if you are required to attend a classroom.

We endeavour to provide additional support where possible so that all children can participate in the program. If you are concerned, please feel free to email us HERE to discuss your child’s needs so we can partner with you to provide appropriate care.

All classroom graduations happen once a year on our Move Up Sunday at the start of the year where we celebrate their transition.

Due to our safety policies around children with allergies we do not permit outside food in our classrooms. We do however provide a small snack in all classrooms.

Due to our safety duty of care we do require that at least one parent / guardian remains in the building for the duration of the service.

If you think your child may be ready for water baptism please email HERE for more information.

We want to celebrate this & partner with you, providing you with the tools to support your child’s faith journey. Please email for next steps.

Our Sunday programs run during the service and conclude by 11:30am. We request that all parents collect their children promptly after the service.

Please fill out the following Volunteer application form and we will be in touch.
