Key Information

Oasis Youth is the youth ministry of Oasis Church, a high-energy, welcoming, and safe environment for young people, typically Years 6–12 (age range may vary by location). We’re all about fun, friendship, and encountering Jesus together, creating a place where everyone belongs, faith grows, and lives are transformed.

Friday Night Youth kicks off with Hang Time  a chance to connect and have fun with activities like basketball, games, chill-out spaces, music, café, or special themed nights.

After Hang Time, we gather for:

  • Worship led by the Oasis Youth Worship Team
  • Relevant Teaching from our leaders on faith and real-life topics
  • Small Groups build friendships, deeper discussion, and prayer
  • Drop-Off & Pick-Up: Please come into the building for both drop-off and pick-up so we can safely hand over your young person and share any quick updates.
  • Leaders & Safety: All leaders are trained, screened, and WWCC-cleared. We follow the ACC Safer Churches Strategy and Oasis Safe Church Policy, with safe ratios, active supervision, and zero tolerance for unsafe behaviour.
  • Stay Connected: Follow us on Instagram (campus accounts), subscribe to email updates, and sign up to the Oasis Church App for term planners, events, and special nights.

Every child and young person is deeply loved by God and deserves a safe, welcoming, life-giving environment.

As part of the Australian Christian Churches (ACC), we are committed to the ACC Child Protection Policy and Safer Churches Strategy, which includes:

  • Strict child protection procedures in line with legislation and ACC guidelines
  • Trained and screened leaders with current Working With Children Checks
  • Clear boundaries and safe practices to protect children, youth, and leaders
  • Secure check-in and check-out processes at all services and events
  • Age-appropriate ratios and active supervision in every program
  • Zero tolerance for abuse, neglect, or unsafe behaviour
