Genesis 49:22-25 says: “Joseph is a fruitful vine, a fruitful vine near a spring, whose branches climb over a wall. With bitterness archers attacked him; they shot at him with hostility. But his bow remained steady, his strong arms stayed limber, because of the hand of the Mighty One of Jacob, because of the Shepherd, the Rock of Israel, because of your father’s God, who helps you, because of the Almighty, who blesses you with blessings of the skies above, blessings of the deep springs below”

Our miracle offering is coming up this year on Sunday 17th September after 2 weeks of prayer & fasting. This offering is 100% voluntary for adults and for our kids! We acknowledge that it is God who makes a way for us to be fruitful & to go over the wall, to take new territory and reclaim the old ground. His blessings come from the skies above & the deep springs below. We invite you to partner with your church, Oasis Church this year to sow into our miracle offering. You have within your hands the ability to make a way for the kingdom to expand.

Oasis Church truly is an oasis – a place of rest, refuge and healing. We want to take the deposit God has granted us here and share it with others. Firstly, we want to take it to Baldivis! This beautiful part of our city has 37,000 residents and 50.9% of them stated in the census they had no religion. They need to experience the Father’s love. Your offering will make a significant way for Oasis Baldivis to be launched that will be a fruitful vine touching many lives and generations.

We want to partner with Destiny Rescue – a NFP literally delivering children out of the sex trade in various countries around the world, also Fitzroy Crossing Aboriginal Outreach reaching Aboriginals in the Kimberly with the message of Christ. We also want to continue to partner with Oasis playgroup who is seeing huge numbers of mums and babies come into Oasis Church on Fridays and Alpha which is working with people who are making decisions to follow Jesus. 

We want to continue to save for the deposit to make this building our own. Once this building is ours, we can use it to leverage other powerful projects like buildings in Baldivis for a church, land for more churches & centres, including Haven. We’d also like to keep you warm in winter & cool in summer and we’d like to put a portion to installing reverse cycle air conditioning. Partnering with us this year means you’re contributing to making this place more comfortable for gatherings and securing this church for future generations. 

So keep your bow steady & your arms strong like Joseph because as we go over the wall in faith, the Almighty is the one who blesses us. So please pray & ask the Holy Spirit how you can contribute to our Oasis this year on September 17.
